Mother's Day...

I was still in Newport for Mother's Day.  I went to church...

 And then went to explore the Historic Newport District and had some lunch.  It was raining most of the day.

Saltwater Taffy being wrapped.  I took a free sample because I thought it was Watermelon because it was red and light green... guess what?  It was some soft of  "chili pepper" flavor and it was spicy!  lol

I decided to head south toward Florence...  This is South Beach State Beach...

After this, my brake light came on, and having had a brake light experience when I drove my 1990 Buick to Arizona to visit my parents in January, I decided not to pull out into every wayside for a view.  I passed through Waldport and got into Florence in the dark.
