Smart Phones are Sometimes a Pain!...

My phone is my life.  I use it to wake up, I use it to hear from my kids and keep up with my friends.  I use to it find out information and learn new things.  I use it to watch TV shows.  I use it to see what time it is.  I don't see any reason to carry around a watch, an alarm clock, pens, envelopes and stamps, a television and a set of encyclopedias....when I can have it all in my phone.

Anyway, my refurbished phone from February started turning itself off and then would not work unless it was actually plugged into the charger.  Big hassle getting a new phone, since the old one was covered under their year warranty.  Then they were going to call back for security reasons (?) but never did.

Finally got the new phone on Tuesday but here it is Friday, and I still don't have all of my info!  SO frustrating!!  Hate the process!
